Community-21 – a series of conversations reflecting on community work over Covid-19, funded by the Community Relations Council‘s Media Grant Scheme.
Join young Army Cadets, Anna-Grace Donnelly and Leah Sevice, as they detail how they’ve supported their communities over the pandemic. These two exceptional young women have won awards for the altruism they displayed by providing for people in need during this difficult time.
They are also happy to give an account of how joining the Army Cadets has built crucial life skills that have built a foundation for their futures. Whether a young person is thinking of joining the military or not, there is no doubt that the Reserve Forces & Cadets Association Northern Ireland is a great tool to help young people prepare for and navigate the impending ‘real world’.
We want to thank the Cadets Association for your support and collaboration on multiple projects over the years. Your work is ever apparent whenever we meet young leaders like Leah and Anna-Grace. And thank you, Anna-Grace and Leah, for giving us some insight into what the Cadets provide, not only in terms of personal growth and skills, but also into their undying support for people across this great country. I am confident we’re looking at two, bright Northern Irish leaders of the future!
I really mean it when I say it this time… You will be seeing them out in the community soon!!!
